    İNCESU
    The history of İncesu dates back to the years before Christ. In the 13th century BC, Kayseri was the capital of Cappadocia, which means "Land of Beautiful Horses." During the Roman period, and in the time of Ariarates III, one of the ancient Persian kings, Cappadocia was a region that included present-day İncesu, and this culture has continued to this day.
