Urban Planning Affairs
1- To work in accordance with the current legislation, within the framework of the principles and policies determined by the Mayor in line with the service objectives of the Municipality, in line with the institutional culture, mission, vision and the goals of the Municipality and the Directorate.
2- To be aware of the responsibility towards the Office of the Mayor.
3- To improve the quality of service by ensuring that all work and transactions are carried out without errors, with quality and on time.
4- To reduce service costs and achieve savings by using existing resources and time in the most efficient way.
5- Those who benefit from the services of the Directorate To enhance the sense of trust (of our personnel and the public) in the Institution and the Directorate.
6- To utilize technology to the maximum extent in carrying out the work and procedures of the Directorate.
7- To prepare the annual plan and program of the work within its area of responsibility, and to prepare the Directorate's budget.
8- To perform other duties assigned by the Presidency related to its area of responsibility.
