Information Regarding the Update on Bahçesaray Neighborhood from the Land Registry and Cadastre Directorate
The following is an information table showing the final status of the immovable properties in various locations and within the boundaries of Bahçesaray Neighborhood in İncesu District of Kayseri Province, where cadastral update studies were carried out in accordance with Article 22/a of the Cadastre Law No. 3402.
Those who claim that there are errors in the determination of the owners, the boundaries of the measurements and the nature of the improvements of the immovable properties listed in this table may object to the Kayseri Cadastre Directorate or the Construction Site Building where the updates are made between 08/09/2025-22/09/2025, which is the announcement period.
