Örenşehir Neighborhood Development Plan
The parceling plan regarding the application of Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, prepared in accordance with the decision of our Municipality Council dated 13.05.2026 and numbered 88, in the area where the properties numbered parcels 1321, parcel 5, 1322, parcels 1 and 2, 2672, parcels 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of 2673 are located, was approved by the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Council Decision dated 15.09.2026 and numbered 2026/1910, in accordance with Article 7/b of Law No. 5216, Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the articles of the Planned Areas Zoning Regulation regarding implementation, and the Metropolitan Municipality The project has been approved according to the Municipality's Implementation Zoning Plan Notes.
